Amazing experience at Momofuku Las Vegas, where—after I shared anecdotes with our server about their amazing founder and chef David Chang—he surprised my co-workers and I with this complimentary 5-Spice Rotisserie Duck, which can be served as either a pancake or lettuce wrap.
